Mike Fein
Managing Partner | Mike has more than 20 years of consulting experience, and has a breadth of expertise in strategic planning, IT strategy, software evaluation and selection, software negotiation, and managing both functional and technical aspects of global implementations.
He is a graduate of Babson College with degrees in MIS and Marketing.
Jeff Graffeo
Managing Partner | With over 25 years of experience, Jeff advises clients on information technology strategy and business process optimization. He counsels life sciences and consumer products executives through transformational changes.
He received a M.S. from Virginia Tech in biomedical engineering and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.
Mike Hackett
Managing Partner | Mike is responsible for helping clients in the life sciences and consumer products industries address business challenges through strategic and transformational initiatives. He has extensive experience managing multi-phase initiatives for complex global companies.
He graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in MIS.
Peter Tzefronis
Partner | With 20 years of experience helping clients realize benefits related to process improvement initiatives and enterprise wide transformational projects, Peter is experienced in IT strategies and roadmap initiatives to ensure alignment of organization, process, and technology in the context the overall business strategy.
He received his MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University.
