Over the years, their processes and organization had evolved, while their current system had not; this, coupled with knowledge turnover, lack of documentation, and state of data, had diminished the value received from their investment in SAP more than 15 years ago. The client’s growth was limited by a complicated system landscape and heavy reliance on manual processes to manage their business. 

Looking for a shift from reactionary, tedious work to strategic decision-making, the client engaged SAP experts to assess their key processes and SAP setup to define a future state with a simplified landscape and standardized processes that leveraged industry best practices and enabled future growth.
